About Me

Crazy Creations: Surrey, United Kingdom; Sarah Plunkett a ceramicist, trained at Harrow’s, University of Westminster, founded Crazy Creations in 2001. Whilst working as a community artist for charity art organisation “Creative Response” helping people with special needs and those experiencing mental health issues, and as a youth worker at a local community centre; Sarah was motivated to facilitate art workshops, “Art4All” giving every participant the opportunity to explore their creativity in a safe and fun environment. During the twice weekly youth sessions at Wrecclesham youth centre, Sarah and her Daughters, Charlie & Jasmin Compton, were soon joined by Ani Duckworth, a talented metal worker and together, endeavoured to provide a relaxed yet creative environment for young people. Included in the workshops were, drawing, painting, collage, screen printing, ceramics, sculpture using recycled materials and creative cookery. Yvette Dean, drama queen extraordinaire joined the team, along with her daughter Lotti Dean-Clyst - so drama workshops were soon also available and Glen Howard, circus performer and Funambulist (ropewalker), soon had everyone juggling and riding the unicycle!
